Mike Getz and a lawyer friend have filed law suit to halt BISD from getting bids on hotel/arena center. Judge Donald Floyd has issued the order. November 16 is day in court. Please make plans to be there and let Mike know GREENIES are behind him. In todays The Examiner you can read about it.
