Do you remember the choirs at SP? A Cappella, Girls, Boys, Sextet,Greenie Swingers. Mr. "C.J" Leslie,Mrs. Bearden were two of the directors. We had several accompanists to name a few are Marlot Koch, Lee LeForge, Mrs. Milton Overstreet. Anyone think we should have a Choir Reunion? If so let me know.

Mr Gary Parks was the choir director the last couple years I was there. I'm not sure what he does full-time, but he's the principal percussionist in the Symphony of Southeast Texas - I saw them perform this last weekend at the Jefferson Theater and they were great <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

C.J. Leslie and Anne Bearden were Choir Directors when I was in Choir at SP.
