Sparky on Bass Drum

I know some GREENIE out there knows who drew "Sparky" that was on bass drum in the late 60's. Please come forward and help us out. Have had a couple of Greenies give some names of Drummers but we need to get in touch with any GREEENIE to see if they remember who actually did the drawing.
