If my memory serves me right they were called GREENIE DEARS at one time. Am I wrong?

I think you're right. I looked in my father in laws yearbooks but they didn't have any mention of a drill team (this was in the 40's) I was in from my freshman through junior year and all I have is my group pictures. If anyone out there has pics they'd like to share please post them or e-mail me Sharon Voss c/o '77

I was a Greenie Dear my senior year, class of '69. There were only 22 of us and I haven't been able to reach the others. I like the name Sparkettes better!
