Pig Stand on College

Tonight is the last night that there will be a Pig Stand on College. Our "hangin'" place when we were in high School. A bunch of us GREENIES will be there and wearing our T-shirts. If you don't have one don't worry I will bring a bunch. We will be there around 6:00 p.m. Hope to see you there. Miriam

We went and saw two GREENIES but were told they are having a party on Monday from 5 to 7 pm.

My father Vic Kuritz's favorite hangout. He passed away in 2003, and now the pig is going away. Kinda sad. I remember sitting there with him, drinking coffee and smoking cigs, occasionally some old dude would walk in and they'd say "how ya doing...,", shoot the breeze for a minute. Things aren't like that anymore. People don't even speak to strangers in public. We all stay in our own little worlds. You can't live in the past, but I sure miss some of the things from the past. Well we(SPHSAA)made the going away party. It was packed and there was a lot of GREENIES in attendance. There was some "old" cars, like 69 Mustang. A lot of 50's and 60's cars. If you didn't go you missed a good time.
