Today, the Texas Supreme Court denied BISD's request to review the Beaumont Court of Appeals' decision upholding Judge Wortham's decision in the South Park case. The Beaumont court's decision stands, including the court's finding that BISD committed fraud upon the BISD voters in connection with South Park. BISD will now be responsible for payment of Mr. Getz's trial and appellate fees. Great job Mike! Thank you.
