but, there were none, so far, who were listed as being from Beaumont. That doesn't meant they weren't originally from BMT and moved before enlistment though. I'm still researching this topic.

I talked with my cousin Lillian Stutz Northcutt and she told me that we lost several GREENIES that I did not know about. Wanted their families to know your in our hearts and prayers.

I just got a call from Jackie Gregory Frusha her sister Dorothy Gregory Winberry who is one of my closest friends passed away this afternoon. Dorothy is a member of the class of 1969.She was a fighter to the very end. Services are pending.

Visitation will be Monday at Noon at Broussard's on Major. Memorial service will be at 2:00

On Aug. 1, 2007 the M O T H E R of JERRY STOPHER who is a Greenie, passed away at the age of 95. She attended Pennsylvania Elem., David Crockett Jr. Hi., and graduated from Beaumont High in 1928.
She was a teacher at Ogden Elem. being a music specialist, and retired in 1972 and is survived by 1000's of students besides her children and grandchildren. Jerry, her son, graduated from SPHS 2-3 years after I graduated.

Sara Engman Jackson mother of Ken Engman, Pat Jackson,Kay Ingman Giardina(Jerry) and Mary Ellen Jackson Sims( Jimmie) passed away.Her children are all GREENIES as her sons-in-law .

Nell Coussou Blankenship. Class of 43. Children are Janell(not sure what year she graduated fronm SP the 60's) and Marcus(69)
