Uncle Jess was the last of a wonderful SP era--he and his brother, Sylvester (Buster)owned and operated Mazzu Brothers GULF STATION on Highland and Florida Avenues when alot of us were growing up!!
He and my gmother were brother and sister.
Also, his youngest daughters went to SP--Debbie ?(married Tommy Ellison?) and Margeret 76 (married Steve Thompson 75)

Was told by several 78 GREENIES that they have lost another classmate David Yarbrough.

Reggie Lloyd was my associate pastor as a child, his wife vera sang in my parent's wedding. Great man will be missed.

I believe David Yarborough was in the band when I was a freshman.
