Bakery on Washington called and said they were out of petitions. So I took them some and checked on Travis Brothers since they are next door to one another and they were out to. Picked up 61 petitions. They were GREENIES and concerned citizens that signed petitions. We are getting the word out. Also got some in the mail.

Sherry and I went to check on businesses that have petitions and we picked over 300 signed petitions yesterday. They were all wanting more and the people in the stores were telling us they want South Park to stay where it is. We told them to write the school board and newspaper and tell them.

I have talked with candidate (Jamie Smith) for Beaumont City Council and was told he is behind us all the way.His wife is a graduate of South Park.

Hearing from South Parkers young and old. Everybody is signing petition. At meeting we will have several guest speakers so everybody please make an effort to attend.

Have had several phones today asking about Petition Drive. The calls are from GREENIES who share our concern about "our" high School.

The Petition Drives were successful as was the meeting. Ideals were passed out on how we can keep our high School. T-shirts were ordered. If you want a T-shirt call me or email me. You can bring or mail your payment in. The fastest that is done the faster the T-shirts will be ready. I want Thank All that helped since we have started our Conquest. It is a great to know "GREENIES" who want to keep "our high School " so that other generations know what kind of friendship that comes out of South Park High School.

The petition drive was a success. We signed up over 200 Greenies, parents, concerned citizens, aunts , uncles, etc. Everybody wants to Save South Park High School. They want South Park preserved. T-shirts that we have are to defray the expenses that we have incurred. The meeting was a good one. Two city Council candidates were in attendance and they are in our corner.
